What to do when my NS-Business Card is stolen, lost or damaged?

Apply for a new card in NS Go. Your old card will be blocked automatically.

  1. Go to 'Services'.
  2. Under 'My services', choose NS-Business Card.
  3. Click on 'NS-Business Card stolen, lost or damaged'
  4. Answer the questions.
  5. You will receive your new NS-Business Card within seven days at the address you have entered.
