Sample checks are a way for employers to review registrations and learn about the correct processing of policy rules.
The sample check can be activated for the entire organisation. We recommend 0.5%-1.5% of employees for a statistically supported sample.
- The sample makes a random selection of the chosen percentage from all employees in the organisation every 2nd week of the month.
- The approver or HR manager checks the overview of all assigned transactions from the previous month on the 'Approval' page.
- If a registration is incorrect, the manager can reject the registration and assign it to another budget.
- The employee receives an email and can reassign the rejected transaction on the 'To be assigned' page.
Use the 'Other' filter on the 'Approval' page to filter for samples.
