Good news. You can now change a registration, even if it has already been processed in your salary.
How far back can you go?
You can adjust a registration for a certain number of days in the past, depending on your organisation’s mobility policy.
What can you change?
Registrations that still need approval from HR or your manager can also be edited to a different budget or deleted.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to the ‘registrations’ tab in NS Go.
- View this month’s registrations in the ‘Overview’.
- Click on the registration you want to adjust.
- Choose ‘edit’ to change the budget, or ‘delete’ if you want to remove the registration.
Registrations that are still pending can be found under the ‘pending’ tab. You can follow the same steps to adjust or delete these registrations.
