In the ‘Services’ tab in the NS Go app, you can activate the mobility services you want to use.
This overview shows all the services your employer has made available to you.
How to activate a service:
- Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
- Tap on ‘Services’.
- Choose the desired service.
- Press ‘Request’.
- Follow the further steps.
Once you have completed this, you can start using the service immediately.
Please note: activating a service may affect your mobility budget. Keep this in mind.
