How does Co Travel Discount work?

Do you have an NS Business Card with subscription? And is someone travelling with you during off-peak hours? With co travel discount your fellow traveller gets 40% discount on the fare. You can give discount to a maximum of 3 fellow travellers. You are linked together with a co travel code.

Receive co travel discount

This is what you need to know about receiving a co-travel discount

1. You get 40% discount from a season ticket holder and you travel together in the same compartment.
2. Travel with a train ticket or NS Flex pass at off-peak hours or at the weekend
3. Valid until 04:00 the next day.
4. Don't forget to bring proof of identity, this will show the conductor that it really is you.

Give co travel discount

My NS Business:

1. Log in to My NS Business
2. Click under 'Directly arrange' on the block 'Shared travel discount
3. Choose 'Share co-travel code'
4. On the next screen you will see the code
5. Share the code with your fellow travellers via e-mail or WhatsApp, for example

In the NS app

1. In the app, go to 'More' and click 'My NS
2. Scroll down until you see the blue button 'Share code together
3. If you click on the button, you will see a code to travel together
4. Share this code with your fellow travellers via e-mail or WhatsApp, for example

Before sharing the co-travel code, it is important that your NS Business Card is linked to the NS app.
