What is NS International and how do I activate the service?

With NS International you can travel by train to more than 50,000 destinations in Europe. You can easily buy your international train ticket via the NS app.

Activating and using NS International

NS International is NS door to door service.

1. Activate the NS international service on NS Go.
2. When setting up, choose your NS Business Card
3. After adding, the costs of international trips will be automatically loaded into NS Go.

How do I buy and pay for a train ticket for the international train?

You can purchase your international tickets in two ways at the employer's expense, via the NS app or via NS Business portal.

Book your international train journey via the NS App:

1. Make sure you are logged in with your NS Business account in the NS app
2. Plan and choose an international journey in the NS App
3. Click the ‘Visit NS International’ button under the travel schedule to book the journey
4. You will be automatically logged in with your Business account and can book the journey without paying.
5. You will receive your ticket via email or in the NS International App.
6. Your journey will be invoiced to your employer afterwards.

Book your international train journey on My NS Business.

1. Log in to ‘My NS Business’.
2. Go to ‘Direct Regulate’.
3. Click on ‘Book International Travel’.
4. Book and pay for your journey.
5. You will receive your ticket via email or in the NS International App.
6. Your journey will be invoiced to your employer afterwards.
