When rides are charged from the NS Business card in the platform, they are allocated to a predetermined budget. Policies have been agreed with your employer for this. It can come in on the Private, Commuting or Professional budget.
Monthly Budget
If you have a budget that needs changing, you can do so via the registration tab. The allocate page lists the trips that can be adjusted.
When the budget is wrongly allocated and it is no longer possible to adjust it. There are two options:

Withheld or paid out less than 1 month ago: this can be requested via HR. The registration will be rejected so it will be possible to reallocate the budget.
- More than 1 month ago: this can be done via NS Go support. Please note that this requires approval from HR. The request can be submitted below.
