On the budgets page you get the overview of your incurred budget expenses and how much your remaining (allowed) budget currently amounts to. You will see the following detailed information about your incurred trip:
- Date
- Logo of the mobility service used
- Cost: the amount initially paid
- From budget amount: the amount that was deducted from your total budget
Do you use a fuel card provided by the organisation? The amount you refuelled is not automatically the same amount offset against your budget. If you have further questions about this, please contact your HR manager.
