How do I add an employee?

Adding an employee from NS Go can vary depending on the method of integration.

1. Integration with HR system

The HR system is leading if your organisation works with an HR integration. Add employees to the HR system. The next day, this information will be imported into NS Go through the daily import.

2. Manual user management

This feature is only available for HR employees and organisations using manual user management.

If manual user management is chosen, as an HR manager in NS Go, you can add an employee, either individually or in bulk via a CSV upload.

Adding an individual employee

  1. Go to HR manager mode
  2. Within "User Management," click on "New User"
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Click "Send invitation"

The employee will receive an email invitation to start using NS Go the next day.

Adding employees in bulk

  1. Go to HR manager mode
  2. Within "User Management," click on "Import"
  3. Follow the instructions and fill out the Excel template with the necessary information
  4. Upload the file
  5. Check the data and invite users

The employees will receive an email invitation to start using NS Go the next day.

If you are unable to upload the Excel file, check the file for completeness and try again. If you continue to have problems, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
