User management in NS Go has been improved. You now have more insight and more control over user data, trips, services, and payroll — without needing custom reports.
What’s new?
A smarter user overview with advanced filters
The ability to export user data yourself
Per-user insight into trips, services, and salary payments
Below, we explain how it works.
1. The User Overview
You’ll find the new overview under HR Management > User Management. It shows all users in your organization at a glance, with key information immediately visible.
Smart search and filtering
At the top of the page, you can search by:
Name, email address, employee ID
You can also filter by, for example:
Status (active, offboarded, never logged in, etc.)
Roles and permissions (e.g., approver or admin)
Active services
NS subscription and travel class
Last activity, cost center, and legal entity
These filters help you quickly find the right group of users — for example, all 1st class travelers or everyone with pending approvals.
What can you see per user?
The overview shows the following details per user:
Name and role/status
(e.g., “Leaving in 5 days” or “3 pending approvals”)Permissions, such as Admin or Approver
Active services, including NS subscription and class
Last activity, based on the last registration made
Downloading the user list
You can export the user list to Excel with a single click. The export respects your active filters, making it easy to generate a list of:
All users with an NS-Business Card
Everyone within a specific cost center
Users who haven’t been active in the past 30 days
Example columns in the export:
Employee ID, role, status, permissions
Cost center, legal entity
NS subscription and class
Start and end date of employment
Active services
To prevent leaking sensitive personal data, we only include the employee ID for reference.
2. User Details
Click a user to open their detail page. All data is clearly organized across six tabs:
Overview
Usage highlights (e.g., total mobility costs, pending approvals)
Active NS-Business Card (if any)
Notices such as “Leaving in 10 days”
Registrations
Trip logs as you know them from the standard registration overview
Private trips are anonymized (no description shown)
Payments
KPIs for “Reimbursed to employee” and “Deducted from salary”
Payment breakdown by wage code (e.g., commuting allowance, OV costs)
Services
Per service, you’ll see:
Status (active/requested/ended)
Start date
Last modification date
Last activity
For NS-Business Cards, you’ll also see the subscription type and class.
Budgets
This tab is only visible if your organization uses budgets
