What is the car sharing service and how do I activate the service?

Activate Deelauto

Deelauto is an NS Door to Door service and is linked to your NS Business Card.

1. Login on NS Go
2. Click on Services
3. Click on Car share
4. Select the right Business Card
5. Select the right budget
6. Agree to the mobility conditions
7. Confirm the service request

Register Deelauto in the NS app.

1. Go to My NS Business and log in with your NS Business account
2. Click on 'book shared car' and fill in the registration form
3. You will receive a confirmation email with a pincode for your account
4. Book your car in the My NS Business app.
5. Use the service as normal, the costs will automatically appear in NS Go

Where and how do I reserve a shared car?

You book a shared car via the NS app.

1. Open the My NS app.
2. Find a car in your desired location.
3. Reserve the car.
4. Find the car and open the car with the app.
5. Open the dashboard with the PIN code and take out the key.
6. Start the car and drive away.

Each car has a fixed location. In the app, you can see where a car is waiting for you.

How do I cancel a shared car reservation?

Don't need the car anymore? Then return the car and end the reservation.

1. Park the car to the same location as where you picked it up.
2. Put the key back in the glove box.
3. Get out of the car and lock the car using the app.
4. Terminate the reservation in the app.
5. Confirm your choice.
6. The reservation has been terminated.
7. The service is processed in 'Registrations'.
