My NS-Business Card is stolen, lost or damaged.

If your card is stolen, lost, or damaged, you will need to request a new card.

My card is stolen or lost.

  1. Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Tap on ‘Services’.
  3. Under ‘Services’, select NS-Business Card.
  4. Click on NS-Business Card stolen, lost, or damaged.
  5. Select Damaged or defective.
  6. Press request replacement card.
  7. You will receive your new NS-Business Card within fourteen days at the address you provided.
  8. Your current NS-Business Card is blocked immediately.

My card is damaged.

  1. Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Tap on ‘Services’.
  3. Under ‘Services’, select NS-Business Card.
  4. Click on NS-Business Card stolen, lost, or damaged.
  5. Select Damaged or defective.
  6. Press request replacement card.
  7. You will receive your new NS-Business Card within fourteen days at the address you provided.
  8. Your current NS-Business Card remains valid for 10 days.
