If your card is stolen, lost, or damaged, you will need to request a new card.
My card is stolen or lost.
- Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
- Tap on ‘Services’.
- Under 'Services’, select 'NS-Business Card.
- Click on 'NS-Business Card stolen, lost, or damaged'.
- Select 'Stolen or lost'.
- Press 'Request replacement card'.
- You will receive your new NS-Business Card within 10 working days at the address you provided.
- Your current NS-Business Card is blocked immediately.
My card is damaged.
- Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
- Tap on ‘Services’.
- Under ‘Services’, select NS-Business Card.
- Click on 'NS-Business Card stolen, lost, or damaged'.
- Select 'Damaged or defective'.
- Press 'Request replacement card'.
- You will receive your new NS-Business Card within 10 working days at the address you provided.
- Your current NS-Business Card remains valid for 10 days.
