How can I change my subscription on my NS-Business Card?

Changing your subscription is very easy in NS Go.

  1. Go to 'Services'.
  2. Click on your 'NS-Business Card' under 'My Services'.
  3. Choose 'Change subscription'.
  4. Follow the steps.
  5. Choose the start date of your change.
  6. Accept the terms and continue.
  7. Go to the ticket machine to collect the change.
  8. Your new subscription will start on the chosen date.

Are you changing to a Traject Vrij or Trein Vrij subscription? Then you will receive a new, personal, NS-Business Card. You must upload a passport photo for this.

You will receive your new NS-Business Card within seven days at the address we received from your employer. This address is in your profile.
