Changing your subscription is very easy in NS Go.
- Go to 'Services'.
- Click on your 'NS-Business Card' under 'My Services'.
- Choose 'Change subscription'.
- Follow the steps.
- Choose the start date of your change.
- Accept the terms and continue.
- Go to the ticket machine to collect the change.
- Your new subscription will start on the chosen date.
Are you changing to a Traject Vrij or Trein Vrij subscription? Then you will receive a new, personal, NS-Business Card. You must upload a passport photo for this.
You will receive your new NS-Business Card within seven days at the address we received from your employer. This address is in your profile.
