Does a check-in pole or gate indicate that you have no balance on your ov-chipcard?
You are using an NS-Business Card, which means that you travel on account. The message that you have too little or no balance should therefore not occur.
If you still receive the message, check whether your NS-Business Card is active. You can see this in your personal NS Go environment or My NS Business. If the card is not active, you unfortunately cannot travel yet.
Tip: Do not load any balance on an NS-Business Card, as this may damage the card chip or block the card. If you have loaded a balance on the card, you can have it cancelled at an NS desk.
When there is a minus amount on the card it means that you travelled before the start date of the product. This can be resolved at an NS desk or via the NS Customer Service.
