With Public Transport Selfservice, you can manually register and claim your public transport expenses with your employer.
Want to use Public Transport Selfservice?
Request activation of the service through your HR department.
Here’s how to easily use Public Transport Selfservice:
- Pay your public transport costs yourself and keep the payment receipt.
- Open the NS Go app and go to your Dashboard.
- Select 'Add Registration'.
- Choose ‘Payment Receipt’.
- Upload your payment receipt.
- Fill in the other fields accurately.
- Click ‘Save’.
- Your OV costs will be processed in 'Registrations'.
Your public transport costs will be processed under ‘Registrations’.
After saving, the costs will be submitted for approval and settled with your salary.
