How can I request a refund?

  • Go to your personal page in NS Go
  • Click on "add registration"
  • You can now access the window where you can register trips
  • Click on "Proof of payment"
  • Load the attachment. This can be a train ticket or a parking ticket
    • Please note that tickets or receipts should always include a date, product, and price
  • Choose a service
    • If you cannot find the service, you probably haven't activated the right Self Service yet, first go to the "Services" page and activate the Self Service you want to use.
  • Select a date of use and product amount
  • Select a budget
  • Agree with your company's mobility policy
  • Click on register

Note: sometimes there are services where you need to fill in more information, please do this truthfully and as completely as possible.
